ABOUT ME

We spend our time living together talking about the cosmos and our cats. Emily likes to draw, write poetry, sing in a lovely voice, eat capriccio, grow flowers, vegetables, and other various plants (she's damn good at it), and study the art of people. Lindsay likes to read, walk, pirouette, play flute, eat spicy food, and study the days of yore. Together we love coffee, wine, dancing, and mingling with the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I, Lindsay, try not to wed myself to anything, and maintain an awareness of my ever changing ignorance.

Hostin and surfin the days away

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We embarked on an impromptu stay in Paris for three weeks,flying by the seat of our pants!, trekking the urban sprawl with widened eyes!, spending all but two nights at the mercy of our hosts, which, come to find out, is not the worst situation to be in by any means. We spent a lot of time trying our best to return the massive flow of generosity coming our way. The city became our home.
Also, in Sardegna we met Andrea, and it was no surprise to us to find out that couch surfing in the countryside is equally as remarkable.
Our other experiences are rather off-record, accidental or intentional, couch stays and host gigs. In any case, we both know both sides of the experience.

兴趣

Its the sounds and tastes of the days that get us mostly. If we are hearing music or eachother or making meals together than we have succeeded in the day.

Our artistic tastes are not particularly confined. A catalog would be exhausting- we spend our lives surrounded by and appreciating it. We share a love for the soft and tender, the rough and rollicking, Wes Anderson films, Klimt, the Velvet Underground, and I bet we have something in common with you.
