ABOUT ME

I'm trying to have fun and see the entire world from all different perspectives. Other people's ideas fascinate me and I love to learn why people think what they think. I'm a people pleaser and love to see other people happy. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie and a speed demon. I can never go fast enough, so I drive at illegal speeds and bomb double blacks and cliff dive to try to make myself feel more comfortable. I pretty much want to learn about everything, so if you like to talk about what you're passionate about I'd love to listen!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just got a new job where I'll be living out of hotel rooms all over the world!!! Now all I need is to meet the cool people who live there. I'm hoping to get to meet up with lots of new people who can show me the ups and downs of their corner of the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a couple times and hosted a couple times and each time was amazing! The people I meet are always so amazing and I form such great connections! I can't wait to meet more people from the community!

Interests

I'm interested in everything. So I'll try to break it down into the things I'm most interested in this week: flying anything (airplanes, helicopters, magic carpets, squirell suits, ultralights) (I'm a jet pilot!), snowboarding, scuba diving, roller derby, ski-joring, beer brewing, and long conversations over delicious food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I got to the village of Kalasin, Thailand, everyone in the entire village tied a cord around my wrist and prayed for my happiness. I couldn't believe the love they had for a stranger! And when I got to know everyone better- I couldn't believe the love they had for each other! I want to bring that kind of love back to my home life!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a CFI (certified flight instructor), so theoretically I should be able to teach you anthing about airplanes you ever wanted to know. I'm also good at math, and can teach you about eating delicious food (you want to do it a lot). I want to learn anything you have to teach! Even if it's something I already supposedly know!
