We are always changing , our race is so dynamic, but here is a little bit about me.
I am a young American with an aspiration to see the world, culture, and the people that make this planet such a wonderful place!
I am currently working seasonally in Alaska as a Field Helicopter Mechanic, before that I was fortunate enough to live on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii for a couple years. There I was able to meet people from all over the world and it really cemented the desire in my heart to travel and meet the people that make our home so interesting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet people from all different walks of life and destinations all over the world.
I am very interested in learning about the world and sharing what I know and I feel Couchsurfing is a great resource for that.

Music, Movies, and Books

As I write this... I am currently listening to Father John Misty's-I Love You, Honeybear.

Books- I enjoy reading anything that stimulates my imagination, presents things in a new way I hadn't thought of, informs me, or gives me ideas for the next adventure.

Movies-I haven't been able to get into film too deep yet in my life but I enjoy watching things that have the same effects that I mentioned about books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with a dozen Tiger Sharks that were devouring a Sperm Whale off the coast of South Maui a couple of summers ago. It was truly incredible to witness the rawness of Mother Nature in such a way.

I'd like to share my love of life with the people I meet and optimism for the future and adventures ahead.

I know quite a bit about the Hawaiian Islands, and if you are planning on visiting or just interested, I will gladly tell you everything I know to help enhance your stay!
I have only been in Alaska one season but I can help give tips as well if you plan on visiting.
