ABOUT ME
i'm a yoga instructor I am lucky enough to have a job writing poetry on the streets of new orleans. I love to paint and have recently been spending some time studying how to paint in oils, getting lessons from my friends.

PHILOSOPHY
Love and joy are important parts of life. Helping others may well be the direction that brings all of us the most happiness.

all of the time i spent hiking and climbing in the sierra madre in california.
the several years i spent studying buddhism with my teachers in nepal and india.
all of the time i spent as an anarchist...riding freight trains...living in squats....building tree sits ...experiencing divine manna.
walking the camino del santiago in spain. the summer i lived in barcelona.
going to k2 in pakistan...
the summer i spent living with the kafiristani folks in their valleys on the afghan border. the summer i spent trekking in ladahk.
the summer i lived in colombia with curanderos to learn about their craft.
moving to new orleans...possible the greatest place on earth (among many)
