About Me
ABOUT ME
I have been working as a psychological counselor in public schools since 2010.
Like many people, I like to listen to music, read books, travel, walk around, sit by the sea or in parks, and sit down with friends over a cold beer in the evening. In fact, it can be said that I like many activities, provided that they are outside.
I still prefer to stay at home from time to time; There may be days when I prefer to be lazy and focus on cooking. Especially if I'm tired during the week, my chances of staying at home increase.
I like to eat. Apart from Turkish cuisine, I like Italian and French cuisines. I am also interested in Far Eastern cuisine. I like to discover new dishes or restaurants.
I am also interested in psychoactive substances.
PHILOSOPHY
I have been interested in existentialism as philosophy for a very long time and felt close to it.
In general, I think people take themselves too seriously and this stems from arrogance.
I think if we look at things more simply, we will have fewer problems and we can stay in the moment and enjoy the moment more easily.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had no money left in Bosnia and I was looking for someone to ask for help in Sarajevo. I was wearing my football team's jersey and a Turk just saw me. He was also supporting my football team, I was very lucky. He was also CouchSurfing's Bosnian ambassador. He wanted to help me becauseof my shirt and hosted me very nicely.
After leaving Sarajevo the next day, I decided to help people like me and started hosting them.
In 2011, I hosted nearly 40 people, then I had to do my military service in the Turkish Army (it was not optional) and took a two-year break. After completing my military service, I came back and rented a new apartment.
During my 4 years of marriage, I could not host many people.
I have been welcoming people back since 2021.
I had a small house for a while, but now I have a house that can accommodate 2 or 3 people.
