ABOUT ME

I moved to the UK recently after spending two years in France. I miss the cheese and pastries.

I'm an evolutionary biologist who works with cute, cuddly insects, and as long as funding agencies want to pay me, I'm happy to continue doing the research.

My music tastes are eclectic, from metal to bossa nova to underground rap to classical.

When I find time to read a book, it generally is what I can find on a friend's bookshelf. Beyond that, I have thoroughly enjoyed the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, lamb (christopher moore in general), a walk in the woods, elegant universe, crime and punishment, the kite runner...

I don't watch a lot of movies, but one's that I really enjoyed: Children of Men, 28 Days Later, Y tu mama tambien, Intouchables, Upstream Color
