I like to do physical activity in order to creat mouvement with the body, i'm doing martial arts sinds i'm a child, after a long journy to india yoga came into my life and is there ever sinds. When i do not do something with the body i like to draw or contamplate the beauty in this world and feed the ears with music that has a very special place in the heart, it helps me to remind that humains are amaizing, books are great teachers & movies are a very great subject of conversation. Traveling is the best universaty and when my mind needs to rest medition becomes the perfect friend. Al this i could not do without my friends and family, life for me is a joy and the most beautifull journy there is.
