I am an active traveler, curious and passionate about life, originates from Jaffna, Northern Sri Lanka. I have spent the best part of my life in the EU during the past 8 years. I am easy going and friendly guy who likes to meet new people and share exotic travel experiences. I don't party much, however, I do enjoy casual drinks with light music and healthy chat with like-minded people of all age group, and that is why I am in CS. Open for travel adventures beyond borders :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been travelling solo often in the past and stayed mostly in hotels and hostels. At some point, I realized that meeting local people through Couch-surfing gives a complete new dimension to my travels, and a perfect place to exchange cultural-traditional values. This paved the path to my CS journey a few years back.

I surfed in quite a few occasions and also hosted a few people in the UK and in Finland. I also participate in CS gatherings in Helsinki whenever I have time. Every now and then, I organised & co-organised Cycling trips and Photowalks with fellow CS people which I enjoy doing it.

- Climbing / Bouldering (Beginner)
- Sea turtle conservation and volunteering
- Frequent travels, mostly nature themed
- Recently, I am very much into Ashtanga Yoga and I am enjoying it very much

- Hiking while travelling
- Healthy and fit; thus I am into Fitness and workouts
- Love Sports (badminton, cricket, squash)
- Love cooking and experimenting a variety of cuisines at home that I learnt while travelling
- Outdoors
- My recent favorites is the South American Pan-flute and still looking to learn. Otherwise, I listen to any good music ;)
