About Me
I could say that I’m an economist, a Brazilian or that my sign is in Gemini. But I do not think these labels define me as much as my search for deeper and sincere relations.
I’ve worked with poverty reduction internationally in many forms: financial, health, housing, education and high vulnerability. These experiences led me to appreciate the power of attentive listening in the search for more effective ways for human development.
I am now a Masters student in Public Policy and Human Development at the UN University in Maastricht, Netherlands.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
What I like the most about traveling is the possibility to picture how life could be different - how the customs, ideas, words and relationships that I normally experience could be different in ways I couldn’t imagine before. Couchsurfing allows me go get deeper in another culture and make a stranger seem close like nothing else.
