I'm a Mexican/Luxembourgish scientist working at Leiden University where I do almost some sci-fi stuff! But I also enjoy travelling and knowing the incredibly cool diversity that this pretty planet has to offer, from cities, deserts, mountains, cultures, lakes, people and FOOD!

I really like the community that I have met in CS from the events to the surfers, this has been an excellent way to get to know the world and I want to continue being part of it.

I played bass in a band with some "concerts" included
I ran a half marathon (21k)
I swam in some pretty cool dark caves in Mexico
I have jumped from many cliffs around the world including in Croatia, Cyprus, Mexico and Spain
I have dived in a ship that sank more than 100 years ago in Bali
