I'm Grace. I'm female, 19 and grew up on the east coast of Australia in a place called Newcastle. I love where I live but needless to say I am addicted to travelling! Straight out of school I left and ventured to Europe for a few months where I explored all the amazing history and culture in that part of the world. I then made my way to Canada where I worked at a ski resort in British Columbia and am now on my journey travelling and exploring this beautiful country and seeing what it has to offer. So about me... Im that person who goes out of their way to make others happy. Wether it's as simple as saying good morning and smiling or offering my advice and suggestions about matters, I love to give back to those who are kind to me. I can also be selfish too. In a nice way of course! In the way that I want to see everything and do everything in places I go to because you never know when your going to be back and well You Only Live Once! I love chatting and learning about people and where they have been, come from and where they are going. I am a very trustworthy person and although I am new to coach surfing which obviously means I have no reviews, I can honestly say that you'll have no regrets hosting me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people but most of all be able to get a taste of what it is like to be a local. I want to be able to learn as much as I can about the culture in many cities this world has to offer and get the lingo of the do's and dont's. I feel that coach surfing is a great way to really feel apart of a place and so I thought I'd give it a try!

Interests

Exploring. It's one of the greatest things in life to do. I love to travel, take me anywhere, I want to see it all!! I'm a very active person and love my boot camps and fitness and making the most out of each and every day but at the same time I absolutely love food! Snow is my next best thing. I was introduced to the snow and Snowboarding at a very young age so is certainly a hobby for me. As a matter of fact, I have done a ski season working on a mountain in Canada! AMAZING! Then there's sports, soccer is my go to weekend sport and one of the ones that I actually follow. And of course what Aussie doesn't love our sun and beaches which of course leads to surfing. I may not be great at it but it's certainly a blast to do!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have done would definitely include bungy jumping in new zealand 154m above a canyon. Scary but bloody AMAZEBALLS!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a non smoker and I clean up after myself. Basically I am a typical female who is 100% respectable and am eager and keen to have a conversation and learn about you and your family. I don't eat seafood and I don't bother with rude people. I'm a very happy person and have joined up to coach surfing for the exact reason that you want to host me - to make the most out of life!
