Hi! I’m Grace. Normally I live in the Peak District in England, but I love to travel and I’m maybe a little bit too spontaneous… so I could be anywhere!

I like to be active and love to hike, swim and play just about any sport. I don’t think you have to be good at something to enjoy it, and I think that’s important.

Music, Movies, and Books

I always have a travel book to read - currently it’s Far from the Madding Crowd by Thomas Hardy. If you’d like to do a book swap with me/show me your collection, I’m all ears!

My music taste is a big mixture of everything. I think I’ve found an artist/band in common with everyone I’ve met, but I love to listen to new music too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I play in a marching band, and for Remembrance Day (11th November) we get to play in front of the Mayor of London, and the King!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help with any English speaking - I am trying to learn German as much as I can, any help is appreciated :P

Sharing my stories, and listening to yours.
I teach children piano in my spare time, and also how to swim - if you want to learn, maybe I can help!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a good listener, very tidy and don’t have much luggage (so won’t take up too much space!).
I will happily help around the house with whatever you need - cleaning, cooking, etc.
If you are ever in England in the future, you’ll have a friend to talk to and to show you around at the very least.
