About Me

I study and live in Sydney Australia, that's where my home is now. I try to travel whenever I am able to apart from study.

I’m an adventurous, open-minded, and easy going person who’s on the way to see the world bit by bit.

When I travel I don’t like travelling on a fixed schedule or ticking off must see item lists created by others found on the internet. When I am in a new country I’d like to discover new places through locals in which this process allows me to meet new friends and experience different sides of the city. I just follow my heart, the journey but not the destination that matters!

Besides travelling, I enjoy many outdoor activities such as snowboarding, kayaking, hiking, bushwalking etc, that keeps me outdoors in all seasons!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to learn about and to understand the uniqueness of different cultures through actively interacting with people from all around the world, at the same time acknowledging and appreciating my own culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am fascinated by Adele's voice after going to one of her concerts. She's now my favourite. Apart from pop music I also have interest in Bossa nova as when I had a taste of it, as well as many classical pieces of music for a more relaxed and peaceful setting. For movie I enjoy romance and drama mainly, but sometimes horror is an option too! I read mainly classical fictions, Jane Eyre is top of my list.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very keen to learn new stuff in many disciplines. Language, instruments, sports, science etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook traditional Chinese dishes, Cantonese mainly, and we can have a light-hearted dinner together.
