About Me

Hi! I'm Grace. I would say my life mission is to explore, create, and to live wholeheartedly. I love my job in healthcare and the way I can help the people in my community. I have a spinal fusion from scoliosis so I've always been fascinated by medicine and health.

Outside of work, I love connecting to music and art, making things with my hands (crochet and sewing are my forte but I enjoy painting, knitting, woodwork, and cooking too). I'm always open to new experiences and learning about the people around me.

Day to day are nature walks and working on my next project. What makes me feel alive is being outside in the sun, appreciating nature, spending quality time with my friends, and savoring the small things in life like a good cup of coffee. Also the occasional rave or party

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ongoing experimental quest to expand my perspectives in the different environments I may find myself in. I think the concept of CS is so unique and has the potential to connect you with others who are also open minded and curious. I understand it is a personal experience to invite someone you do not know into your home and there has to be a mutual level of integrity and respect.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in school, I adopted a 3 wk old kitten that was abandoned in a rainstorm (the mom never came back). He had a cold, fleas, ringworm. I emptied my closet and he lived there for 3 months. Pablo is now 4 years old, healthy, and displays typical orange cat behavior. I love him so much!!!
