Hello! I'm an American currently living in France and teaching English in secondary schools. I have traveled a bit on my own but I'm always eager to learn more about the local history, art and cultures (as well as share about my own!). Now that I'm living in Europe I'm hopeful that this will provide the opportunity for me to grow more as a global citizen and meet people from different countries and experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sold so many baked goods in high school that I was able to take a two week trip to five cities in China after I graduated. I would love to work in a bakery some day :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm always happy to talk about where I grew up, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as well as New Orleans where I went to university. The music, food, culture, and complex history of this state are unforgettable. If you visit I'll make you jambalaya as well (don't worry, I've brought my seasonings with me from home!)
