Ciao! I have spent the last year living in New York City, and am a recent college graduate taking some time to travel in Europe. I love to explore cities and the outdoors, swim in the sea, and eat lots of excellent food. I studied human rights in university but was previously working in marketing with website design and social media management. I am very friendly, optimistic, and easy-going!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am hoping to be able to meet as many locals as I can in order to fully experience the beauty of these places I am visiting. Couchsurfing was recommended to me by a friend I met while WWOOFing (farming) in Hawaii, who had done it all over the world. I thought it was such a great idea, and I would love to be able to participate and make new friends all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I adore jazz, blues, indie, electronic, and folk music. But I love all music!

I like movies that are beautifully made and make you think or feel deeply.

I enjoy reading a lot, both fiction and nonfiction. I am currently reading The Artists Way. I also enjoy classic books like The Alchemist and the Harry Potter series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have traveled alone quite a lot since I was 18. I have farmed, volunteered, and traveled in many places. I also enjoy helping nonprofits, I helped a healthcare nonprofit in Nicaragua raise $20,000 to buy a mobile health clinic last December 2020.

I am fluent in English but hoping to learn Italian, French, and Spanish. I have experience in web design, graphic design, copywriting, social media management/marketing, and fundraising.
