I’m a music therapist and I work with developmental populations, mostly children. I moved to Colorado during the pandemic in 2020 because I love the mountains. I love meeting new people and learning new things, especially about different cultures and history.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see more of the world and meet amazing people while doing it! Locals know places best and I’d rather get the inside look rather than having to find typical touristy things to do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had to do a senior recital in college, so I memorized 45 minutes of classical piano music (Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, & Debussy) and performed for my friends and family. It was extremely challenging but so rewarding!

Teach, Learn, Share

I do Neurologic Music Therapy, which is based on research on how elements of music affect and change the brain. It addresses non-musical goals like speech, cognition, motor, and sensory processing!
