Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a bit like hitchhiking; it's not the "normal" way to travel but you get to meet new people; everyone has a story to tell, everyone has something you can learn and couchsurfing is a way to really get into the culture and make friends you might not have made otherwise.
