Hi I'm Grace - I'm a New Zealader currently living in Berlin.

I grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. I am active and love the outdoors, particularly the beach where I spent half my time during the summer in NZ. I like running and I am one of those weird people who goes for a run when they are on holiday.

I like a good night out. I enjoy clubbing but it depends on the music being played. I love my DnB but a lot of techo played in Europe is pretty new to me (not sure if I am completely into it but i'll have an open mind). I love my wine and a good night for me is hanging out with friends drinking a bottle or two together.

I am a major foodie and love cooking and I miss it! It would be cool if anyone is keen to cook together. I try to eat vegetarian as much as possible but open to others eating meat and will eat myself occassionally.

I am pretty new to couch surfing but already seen the benefit through meetups and a workaway I did in Italy. I have learnt so much more about local culture and way of life this way.

The things I enjoy when travelling most are just walking around and enjoying the vibe of a city - having a coffee at a local cafe. I like graffiti art and going to small galleries.

I have also being getting more into photography recently and this is something that I want to do more of and learn more about.

I am also learning German at the moment. I currently speak a combination of english, german and misprounced german (and english) - its pretty tragic. So if any natives or fellow learners want to catch up to practice, that would be cool.

Travelling to me, is the people you meet along the way. No matter where you are in the world, the people you meet, locals and other travellers alike, really set your experience of a place.
