ABOUT ME

I am a college student from Los Angeles studying abroad in Amsterdam for a semester. This is my first time in Europe and I'm so excited for a new adventure, making great friendships and tasting great food from all over Europe!

I'm easy going and I enjoy great conversations with anyone with an open mind and a sense of humor. I am a real foodie..you can say that one of my main purpose in traveling (if not living) is to eat great food.

I try to be thankful and optimistic in every circumstance, with everything I'm given with because I deserve none of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This past month, I embarked on my first couch surfing experience during a trip to Belgium and Italy. I was skeptical at first about CS, but after an incredible experience with two wonderful hosts where I got to make new friendships and have so much fun while traveling, I knew this was a community I had to join right away! I can't wait to expand my CS experience in the years to come!

My essential music for the soul is worship & praise songs like Hillsong United, Chris Tomlin, Jesus Culture, Elevation Worship.

I generally like easy listening songs with a R&B/jazzy/electronic feel. Some of my favorite artists are Musiqsoulchild, Corinne Bailey Rae, John Mayer, Clara C, Michael Buble, Jeremy Passion, Frank Sinatra, Eddie Higgins, Dynamic Duo, Primary, Busker Busker, and IU.

I tend to like feel-good movies like romantic comedies or Pixar films (being a girl) but also very compelling, poignant ones like the Truman Show, V for Vendetta, and Les Miserables.
I also secretly enjoy silly, stupid movies like Pineapple Express and Bridesmaids (please watch them).

Doing missionary work in Vietnam this past summer, visiting the Grand Canyon with family.

I can teach how to organize anything/everything effectively, how to cook Korean food, how to speak Korean, Spanish, a little bit of Chinese and Japanese. I am wiling to learn anything about cooking, baking, languages, sports, etc.
