About Me

ABOUT ME

Happy, fun, peppy, crazy me. What can I say about myself.. only that I just love to travel and experience everything. I enjoy busy cities and lonely sandy beaches, mixing with the locals and magical historic sites. With my backback on, that's where I feel at home.

I studied film and culture and I just love the magic of the camera. That's also what I want my life to be: magical like in the movies. So I stand in live positive, open minded and always in for fun and adventure!

When I'm not busy working, I have an itch to go where the car/train/plane takes me. But I still haven't seen much outside of Europe and that's were I want to go.

This year it will be Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodja. And I just can't wait to go there and see, touch and experience everything they have to offer.

PHILOSOPHY

See more, learn more, be more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When first having the luxery of being hosted by such lovely people, I feel I also need to give back. So that's why I also host myself in my small home in Utrecht. And everybody from my travels abroad is ofcourse welcome in my home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before my first long travel to Indonesia I hadn't had any expecience with couchsurfing. But now I just can't imagine doing anything else. When surfing there and experienced so many fun things with my hosts. They are really friends for life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Enjoying Costa Rica and my first surf lesson there in the sun. And jumping of a bridge! WOW, that I did that. Then hicking at the end of the world and dancing the tango in Argentina were also amazing things I have done.
