I love finding new awesome bands and compiling amazing playlists. I can cook just about anything. I love laughing and sharing stories.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I was 19 I did a roadtrip with my best friend Sunita, from Florida to Washignton. Somewhere in New Mexico our tire blew out. We briefly lost control of the car and nearly hit a semi. Once we were safely pulled over, we tried to change the tire. Neither of us knew how, so we try to reading the manual. Basically, we are alone in the dessert, two young girls, no cell phone, and no clue what we are doing. Finally after a few hours of frustrated attempts to change the tire, a couple stops. They ask if we are ok. Clearly we are not. Sunita cries as she's telling them what happened. They take us into the next town to get help. After we get it fixed, they offer us a place to stay. They had a beautiful house, and they made us dinner. Around 6am they woke us up because they had to go to work "Girls, we are heading to work, help yourself to anything in the fridge, take a shower, and lock the door on your way out". This completely restored my faith in humanity.
