Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Never be too comfortable. Explore different environments. Meet people, make friends, and expand my ability to live and love.
ABOUT ME
I am passionate about rivers, how they move, what moves in them, how humans live around them. I work as a field biologist so I love exploring and getting people outside. My good days end by watching a sunset with cold beer and new or old friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Don't be an asshole. Have no regrets. It's okay to mess up, that's how we learn.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surf a little, host a little. Do what I can, when I can. I've become a roommate and adopted quite a few of my own roommates through couchsurfing. Some of my best friends today are those I've met through the site. I really enjoy the community. I've surfed and hosted more than my profile reflects because of roommates or friends I've traveled with would make the connection, and... I lost custody of the shared profile when my boyfriend and I split :P
Interests
Seeing the world. Making positive connections. Maximizing opportunities. Contribute my little piece to make the planet a little bit better.
I also really like snorkeling, scuba diving, backpacking, mountain biking, rock climbing (though I'm not very good), gardening, working outside, essentially... I like being outside and getting muddy!

Isn't this what life is all about?
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am no chef, but I can usually fix up a good meal, and I am awesome at doing dishes! I don't eat meat, and so would have no idea how to cook a meat meal, but don't worry I'm not an evangelical, conversion therapy type of vegetarian. I am a hard worker and pretty strong, so if you need help with something, I am all about helping a host out.
