About Me
I work with numbers all day and love to spend my free time doing anything that doesn't involve numbers (don't hand me a bill in a restaurant to work out the split - I will just stare blankly at it). I love to explore the city I live in and like to look up which is rewarded in Amsterdam as so many of the houses have interesting gable ends and some even have gable stones, "gevelstenen" in Dutch
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My wife and I like to meet people and enjoy hosting visitors. We like to help people find their way around a city and help ensure that people whose budgets aren't large or who find traditional accommodation impersonal can enjoy a wonderful city we're lucky enough to call our home
