ABOUT ME

I am a research student with a passion for travel in my holidays. I have spent the last few summers in Canada, Spain (walked el Camino de Santiago de Compostella) and most recently a 3-month motorcycle tour of North India. I am always eager to explore new places and indulge in everything that comes with them. The only other thing to know about me is I am really tall.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I Couchsurfed around Italy on a cycling trip from Torino to Pisa Jan 2013. I also hosted in London once. Both were very fulfilling experiences.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I spent 5 days hiking around an island off the west coast of BC, Canada with a tent. One night I ditched my pack in the woods and trekked to a deserted beach then built a massive fire out of driftwood and slept on the stones next to it looking up at the night sky.
In Australia, I camped two nights in a rainforest and in the daytime I walked barefoot on a long trail on which snakes and water-dragons frequently crossed my path. Once I got over the multitudes of leeches and mosquitoes I was able to fully appreciate the magic of the forest and it was incredible.
