About Me
Hello! My name is Graham, I am 31 years old and a seasoned traveler throughout my twenties with a firm belief in the golden rule. I had a Couchsurfing account years ago but have lost the information over time. When living in Portland my house was an open door to travelers, musicians, and couch surfers alike. It was a very pleasant experience. I grew up in Arizona but have also lived in Denver, Portland, San Fran, LA, New Orleans, and even Mexico. I am hoping to add more to that list outside of the US. I am a very gregarious and compassionate individual. I believe in the power of kindness along the lines of recently deleting all my social media, the importance of real life interactions with other humans Shari g the planet. If people traveled and met a wider variety of people the world wouldn’t be such a confused place. Traveling and meeting new people is my way of keeping grounded and in touch with the universe and my higher self. Through our interactions with others is how we evolve, grow, and learn more about ourselves and our place in the world. I’m taking a little time at this point in my life to do just that. Get to know myself and reevaluate my direction and goals, while simultaneously meeting and getting to know new friends along the way. Luckily we don’t need to travel across the world to find the Dali Lama for answers, let’s be each other’s teachers in compassion and humanity for this brief moment of life! And have a good time doing so!!!! If you have instruments we can jam, if you have games we can play, a favorite part of the city?, let’s explore! I’m very open minded sociable guy. I love pizza, coffee, and the sound of the needle hitting the wax at the beginning of a record. I look forward to meeting and talking with you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Life is full of crossroads and opportunities. I want to explore as many bi ways and high ways while meeting and befriending as many new friends as possible. I’m on here to hopefully gain and share in beautiful real life experiences in a world that’s all but been take over by social media and where face to face genuine interaction is almost lost to the next generation. When I lived in Portland our house was an open door to travelers, musicians and couch surfers from around the world and not only did we never have a bad experience with any of them, I’ve met some of my closest and longest friends by hosting them in my house.
