Single guy with lots of life experience. Own a house which only sees me there most of the time so would be interested in hosting interesting people to share chats with - and would be happy to show them around Scotland's capital city. Rock and opera. Have enjoyed opera in Edinburgh, Berlin, Warsaw and Budapest and am a regular at rock venues in Edinburgh and Glasgow. In recent times I have seen Deftones, Iron Maiden and the mighty Metallica. While in Russia in December 2017 went to see the Nutcracker at the Mariinsky Theatre in St Petersburg. An uplifting experience! As was Swan Lake at the Novaya in Moscow in September 2019...

Philadelphia (The Tom Hanks film) and Dead Poet’s Society - both films are inspiring and moving.

The Road Less Travelled - M Scott Peck. Also, How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Written a long time ago but still very relevant.
