ABOUT ME

I think its really strange to try to sum yourself up in an unreal internet box, but here goes! I'm a 22 yr old vegetarian spastic queer. I love being on my bicycle, hanging out with my friends, exploring new places, playing my drum, listening to music, eating vegetables, and making art. I love campfires and I love when humanity surprises me with its compassion. I live in a city, but all I want is to be in the woods. I think its really important to keep moving and growing and sharing.

! I am seriously horribly terribly allergic to fragrances (lots of other things too, but this is the only superserious one - technically its MCS) which means i cant be near those reed diffuser things, glade plug-ins, fragrance sprays/perfumes, etc. i dont want to be a pain in the ass, but i cant breathe when it happens and thats a really big problem, so if you're here: self-spraying has to be done outside, and if i'm on your couch it would be great if there weren't any scent-emulating things in the room i'm sleeping in, thanks so much!!**

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had 7 complete strangers (and 2 accompanying friends) bunk in my house overnight on a whim. i think my grand total was 11? my friends know they can call me and have my couch on literally a moments notice. I've crashed on friends couches, and a couple towns over with some pro couchsurfers, philly, and camped around the country.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Books! madeline l'engle's books (a wind in the door), art books, bukowski, william blake, the phantom tollbooth, short stories, i LOVE books. childrens books especially, i have a small collection of good ones (including gender variant kids books, so cool)

Movies! i like fantasia and fern gully. four minutes. generally i'm not a fan of movies that are suspenseful or scary. i have a dvd of captain planet. i love to watch fraggle rock and the muppets.

Music! just about everything, beethoven, team dresch, things you can dance to, the gits, bikini kill, mountain man, riot folk/folk punk/punk, and the sound of my friends and i singing/screaming/banging on things.

i love to share what I know! i have been gardening (vegetables and flowers) since as far back as i can remember, and i worked for a veggie farm...so i can ALwAYS help with gardening! i love dirt. i also crochet, spin yarn, sew, build things, make rugs, mend, screenprint, woodblock/lino print, draw, cook, bake, fix shit, invent things, and tonnnnns more. i got lotsa practical knowledge, if you want to know, just ask because i love sharing.

i also LOVE to learn, anything....languages, ways of thinking and being, instruments i don't know yet, space i havent explored, letme know if there is something you want to share
