About Me
Currently looking for my first couch surfing experience!
I am just starting my couch surfing journey as I shift from living in a camper van in the US to backpacking around Europe and then Asia. Looking to meet new people and have great experiences as I travel the world.
I am a mechanical engineer that left my profession to pursue a life of remote work and traveling. I now own a digital marketing consulting business and am working on a software startup while traveling full time.
My favorite things are skiing, hiking and finding new experiences with awesome people. Last year I was lucky enough to ski 50 days in the US Rockies and that only ignited my love for skiing even more.
I really enjoy things outside also. For the past two years I have started running and finished 2 half marathons. I also started biking and have done 2 - 500 mile (800km) rides in the US. I’m a huge fan of talking about anything outdoor related. My next goal is to learn how to swim better and complete a triathlon!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to continue to explore the world and believe that meeting new people is an essential part of that. I hope that couch surfing can help me meet awesome people and learn more about the areas I am visiting.

Music, Movies, and Books
Recently have been really into Fred Again for music and am watching Slow Horses on Apple TV currently. Both are great! Always open to new recommendations.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived in a van for 1.5 years driving around the US visiting national parks and skiing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I never know what to say I can teach because it just feels weird but I have a decent amount of experience in traveling around the US, working on building things (custom built my van), and computers/marketing (I run a website and advertising business). I’m also currently in a bootcamp learning how to code so if you’re a programmer I would love tips.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Haiti, Hong Kong, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Saint Martin (French part), Slovakia, Spain, Sweden
