Hi everybody! I'm a crazy italian nurse, living in Edinburgh for two years. I like saying that I tend to work in my free time... I try to keep myself quite busy and do many things at the same time. I can't stay still.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have already couchsurfed in the past with friends and I think it's a wonderful way to meet new people and discover other culture. Moreover, it's a great way to sustainably travel and share experiences, events, life!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music in general. I must admit that rock music (indie, rock n' roll, occaisonally electro) is my favourite. Franz Ferdinand, Patti Smith and Afterhours are necessary to live! I don't dislike other kinds of music: classic, jazz, blues and so on.
Movies: A beatiful mind, the green mile, Gran Budapest Hotel and One flew over the cuckoo's nest are some of my favourite (Wes Anderson, Tom Hanks, Cohen brothers, Tornatore and many others....)
Books: L'isola di Arturo (Elsa Morante), all books by Stephen King, Siddharta....

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some italian and some local dialect! I would love to learn how to play music instruments (any...although my favourite is the contrabass) and to speak spanish and portugese.
I can share my food specialities (risotto, focaccia, cakes and cheesecakes).
