PHILOSOPHY

1. Walk 20-30 minutes per day, and smile while you are walking.
2. Stay in silence at least 10 min per day, alone if its necesary.
3. Listen good music everyday, is the food for your soul.
4. Live everyday whit the 3 E´s: Energy, Enthusiasm and Empaty.
5. Play more games than the last year
6. Read more books than the last year
7. Look up to the sky at least 1 day per day and get noticed about the beauty that surounds you
8. Dream more while you are awake.
9. Eat fruits and vegetables.
10. Drink a cop of wine per day, and cheer for something beautiful.
11. Try to make 3 people smile every day.
12. Realize that life is a school and you are the student. The problems come and go, learn about them.
13. Take breakfast as a king, lunch as a prince and take dinner as a beggar.
14. Smile and laugh more.
15. Dont let pass the chance to hug the people you love
16. Life is to short, dont waste your time hating someone else.
17. You dont have to win all the discussions, acept that you disagree and learn about other ponts of view.
18. Make peace with your past, and live the present.
19. Never compare your life with others life.
20. Nobody is in charge of your happiness except yourself.
21. Learn something new everyday.
22. You dont have to care about what people think about you.
23. Love your body and love it.
24. Everything change, dont worry.
25. Your work wont take charge of you while you are sick, your friends will. Keep in touch.
26. Envy is a lost of time. You already have everything you need.
27. The best is coming.
28. Dont care about how you feel, get up, dress up, and go!.
29. Send e-mails saying "im thinking about you" to your family.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First, New Zealand 2006. After a long day on the road we arrived in Akaroa. There was a French Festival going on this night, so each single hostel was booked out. We were looking for a place to stay and the guy, Camel Dave, who organized the Festival, gave us his CS business card. You know why he called himself Camel Dave? 'cause he just smokes Camel cigarettes :)
