I'm adventurer at heart and love the act of exploring new places and new faces. I work hard to promote the need of unity among us all. Easy going, a bit crazy at times. A new grandparent and loving it. Young at heart although the body doesn't always agree. Love to ski, sail, travel, motorcycle, hike, camp, learn. Very open minded and dislike injustice of all kinds. Passionate about many things. Intense at times.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm very opinionated about music but my tastes are widely varied. Mostly Prog metal; Dream Theater, Fates Warning, Within Temptation, Dio, Judas Priest....
I also like classical, Celtic, Blue grass, metal, goth, acoustic. I dislike rap and country. Love ethnic music experiences.

Movies: Apocalypse Now, Dead Poets Society, The Warriors, Angle Heart, Pink Floyd The Wall, Indie films. Off the wall foreign films.

Books: I don't read many novels but I'm constantly reading about travel, history, adventure, music, and my many other passions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Married the best woman on earth, she's so supportive.
-Raised 2 great boys, one is married with my first grandchild.
-Graduated college and entered a field I love.
-traveled with some great people.
-Seen the humanity and inhumanity following several natural disasters.
