Our children are now grown up so we're FREE to take off and travel - it's totally addictive and every trip gets better than the previous trip.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted a number of guests through c/s and this year it was our turn to be hosted. We met the most amazing people during our travels, the trip was awesome thanks to the generosity of our couch surfing families, we lived the lifestyle which is so much more rewarding than just visiting a country. We have made some wonderful friends along the way and hope to welcome them all to Oz someday.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being surrounded and patting full grown tigers in Thailand. Swimming with sharks in Kapalai. Donkey ride up steps to Oia - Santorini. Celebrating the 14th July in front of the Eiffel Tower with 600,000 other people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to teach ESL (English as a Second Language) to foreigners - mainly teenagers, this is a great passion of mine, so I love helping others improve on their English skills. AJ is an IT 'geek' and he has helped many travellers with computer/laptop 'hiccups'.
