Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To create and appreciate what others have created. To appreciate what already is. To live life and love the life I'm living.
ABOUT ME
In August 2010, I decided to reduce my possessions down to the contents of a backpack and prepare for the possibility of traveling or even emigrating from the US for a new life with new people and new surroundings that are in line with my ideals. I eat organic, non-GMO, naturally raised foods (I am not vegetarian but believe in respecting the animal). I believe in equality and peace for everyone. I love music.
PHILOSOPHY
Live clean. Live responsibly. Respect yourself. Respect others. Enjoy the hell out of a sandwich and some good beer from time to time. Share the sandwich. Share the joy.
---
Imagine a great dining hall full of beautiful, delicious food. Imagine the chairs filled with many hungry people. Yet they do not eat a single bite. Why? Because they don't understand that to cure the hunger they must eat the food. This is the basic human condition. We starve because we cannot realize all we need to do is enjoy the feast before us.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've surfed briefly. I'm unable to host at the moment, but I'm exploring my options in order to host in the future.
I'm always up for coffee, tea, food, beer, anything. People kick ass.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CouchSurfing experience was surfing for a week in Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington. I had decided to move here about a month prior, and though I have family in Edmonds, surfing sounded like a more rewarding experience. I couldn't have been more pleased with my time spent on that lovely futon. It was one of the most incredible, memorable experiences I've had in my lifetime. I met so many amazing people in such a short period of time. Now I am proud to call each and every one of them my friends. I love this city. :)
