About Me
🔥 Fire, joy, freedom, excitement, hedonism, living life to the fullest.
🌎🌍🌏🌎🌍
Enjoy bringing people on adventures with me. We can drive to the west coast if you want to surf or just to see the real waves. Or anywhere else. I accept payments for my pleasant effort and couch rental in the form of jokes and/or good humor and/or cooking together what’s in the fridge.

I always knew I would travel a lot, so I started planning young – created CS account in 2007 as teenager. I grew up in eastern Poland (hence motivation to travel was rather high), finished my studies in Lisbon and then moved to Amsterdam where I spent over 2 years working in Booking. com. That changed my perspective, so I invested all savings (and all the youth) in the development of my little Airbnb project that grew up to 150 apartments and 4-star hotel. This busy time as well as the pandemic and war in Ukraine changed my perspective again. From recently I’m trying to strike a right balance, achieve more personal goals, work less and remotely, lead a healthy lifestyle, do sports, meet new people, travel the world - in other words - do all the cool stuff. For the reason I’ve got my apartment in Lagos and also refreshed teenage CS account to welcome you guys to the nicest coast of Europe!

To blow your mind!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy meeting authentic people and sharing honest, open, and loving experiences with others. More than just a website, CS is a way of life to me — a way of thinking and living, a way of relating to others, and a way to bring people back together when there is so much nonsense going on in the world. Most people are living for their next meal or are trapped in unconscious patterns. Far too many of us are living in self-preserving bubbles and technology has become a crutch or distraction instead of an uplifting tool for all of humanity. CS is a way for us to use technology to connect people from all over the planet in a very personal and profound way. CS can open many doors for those who want to explore this world. Very magical! ✨ I like that CS encourages people to trust one another and open their minds. In fact CS to me isn't about getting to see other cities, but getting to live other people's lives. Watching your movies based on actual events brings me more joy and excitement than Netflix series! 🤪
When you're with me I will hopefully make you feel coastal vibe and make you feel very welcome in my life.
I love sharing my home with people, but I look to host people that want to share with me, not just looking for a cheap place to stay. Don't treat CS like a hostel experience with no plans on socializing with your host or showing some sort of appreciation. Couchsurfing 🏄 is an exchange, let’s be harmonious and participate in each other’s experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock, blues, electronic incl. festivals - Tomorrowland, Awakenings, Secret Project, ADE, Primavera, Let It Roll, OffSónar, Ultra Miami, Yard, Neopop, Fest, Lost Nomads, Oasis…
As for movies and books, I’m into anything that makes me think, laugh, or just feel. Whether it’s a Netflix series (some are brilliant), thought-provoking documentary, or a novel that dives deep into the human psyche. Movies based on actual events I enjoy the most.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Too many to count and not enough time on here to list.
Underwater world - being between dozens of dolphins out on the ocean in Mauritius, exploring water caves, shipwrecks. Exploring Maui’s nature.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a die-hard advocate of the following things:
1. Getting out of your comfort zone
2. Talking to strangers
3. Spending time without a smartphone
I believe something profound and deep. What we are all searching for that meaning and purpose in life, and only through connecting with others are you able to find deeper meaning.
I'm always open to dine out with the beautiful souls as I enjoy deep conversations, no matter whose couch or hotel you crash on. I want to learn from your perspective. 🙏
