Hello there.

My name is Gregor Anderson originally from Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
I am very proud to be part of the Couchsurfing project and to be connecting with you.

I have been studying traditional Yoga and Meditation practises around India,Sri Lanka and Nepal for the last year
- 2018-2019.

Before my wellbeing/spiritual/self development journey began I was a plumber and gas engineer in Scotland UK, for 10 years. I decided to leave that career in 2014 to see what more I could offer and gain from life.

I am a certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher from a very authentic classical Hatha Ashram in Karnataka, India and have accumulated intensive Pranayama and Meditation techniques from Sadhana Intensive and Silent Mediation courses throughout India and Sri Lanka. ( I am returning for 300hr ATTC in November)

I also have skills and avid passions in Vegan/minimalist/sustainable lifestyles, photography, music production and Live Audio installations and operation.
Most importantly I have a love and passion for people and communities. We can make a difference through union.
