I'm a federal employee, working on a contract basis. My contract expires at the end of October 2015. I am 32 years old and I'm single. Taking vacations with my family has always been a big part of my life. I've been going to Mexico once a year since I was 14 years old. I'm looking to branch out now and explore some new places; and hopefully meet some great, new people in the process.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to do some traveling after I get laid off and heard from some friends that this was a good way to travel and meet new people. I also bought a house recently and have some couches in my living room and a bed in my basement that people could crash on if they're ever visiting Louisville, KY.

Music, Movies, and Books

I go to tons of concerts and read lots of books. I don't have too much time for movies but I recently watched Boyhood and loved it; maybe I need to start watching more! If I'm going to watch TV though it's mostly likely going to be Netflix. My favorite shows are The Wire, Breaking Bad, House of Cards and Louie.
