About Me
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I've been hiking since I was 2, skiing since I was 4 and rock climbing since I was 18. I love to get outdoors to explore and I love to show others around.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel a lot for work (mostly throughout the USA) and I'm looking to meet up with some locals to get the most out of the great cities that I visit.
Interests
Skiing, rock climbing, cycling (especially bike touring), live music, record shops, craft beer.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music and beer: Anything local
Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies, but I'm obsessed with SNL and House of Cards
Books: The Omnivore's Dilemma, The End of Poverty, anything by David Foster Wallace
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept in a treehouse in Laos for 3 days!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach anything to do with outdoor adventure: rock climbing, skiing, fixing your bike!
I love to learn languages, learn about great new bands and eat great new food.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am most excited to share my passion for getting outside, listening to new music and exploring new places.
I am also happy to share the cooking and/or the cleaning. I make a mean brunch.
