Overview
About Me
Happy, relaxed, curious, and exactly as nerdy as I look. I've been pottering around the globe for most of my 20's in the name of excitement and adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Good people make great places better.
Interests
Inexpertly but animatedly speculating about the future, space, science, technology, philosophy, politics, history or sociology. All literature and folk that create art in general. Nature and playing around in it. Ways to scare myself. Music, preferably live, preferably with lots of beer. The small things.

Music, Movies, and Books
For books it's science fiction and fantasy, especially dystopian/utopian, and almost anything in non-fiction outside of popular culture. I find something to enjoy in most movies, but if we can watch a good documentary I'll be your best friend. Musically ambiguous.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Actually won a toy from a grabby claw machine.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Many skills, mostly done with exuberant incompetence. I can teach: English for those that don't say English too good, drums for children, methods of avoiding responsibility for adults. I can share: my love of the world, a ridiculous laugh, biscuits.
