About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to roam the country I live in. To get a feel and understanding of it. Meet the people here and enjoy the sights.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in southern California and lived there my entire life. I'm a giant nerd. I was raised on star wars and grew up thinking that having a full scale Han Solo in carbonite replica in the house was a normal thing. I'm certainly not limited to star wars, as my nerdom reaches pretty far and wide.
I also grew up with macs in the house as my dad used them from work. In college I began working for Apple as a Genius and worked there for three years. So i'm happy to nerd out with you about anything in the tech world.
I love music. (I'll add a picture of my current top played songs from iTunes and you can judge away) I played drums for a bit back in high school. Speaking high school, BMX was my life. I wasn't particularly good at it but had so much fun.
I love creating things and working with my hands.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a pretty relaxed moderate person who likes to listen to someones thoughts and opinions, see something from both sides and come to my own conclusion on things. Most of the time I feel there is no need to get riled up on issues.
There no reason not to respect someone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I suppose most of my time is spent working on things which can be work related or personal projects. Ranging from restoring and customizing my camper to teaching myself a musical instrument to figuring out a work around hack for my iPhone.
I'm also happy being social with friends trying new beers at breweries or sitting on the couch drinking whisky and catching up on Community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a complete noob to CouchSurfing. Ive had friends tell me about their amazing experiences with it and it sounded like a great way to travel and meet people and decided to give it a try.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time I picked up a humming bird that was walking across the sidewalk?

Teach, Learn, Share

- You can learn the solution and solve almost any problem with some time looking it up on the internet. Most likely at some point someone has had the some problem before and the solution is usually out there. Do yourself a favor and spend the little effort looking it up and education yourself. This will save you time, money, and hardship.
- If you drive a manual car and either first or reverse refuse to get in gear, sometimes rocking the car will get the transmission to turn enough for it to slip in.
