About Me
CURRENT MISSION
love life, meet new people, see the world....
ABOUT ME
Hi! I am a friend to all-- I love meeting new people because every person has their own unique and interesting story to tell. I have learned lots from family, friends, and strangers, and want to continue doing so. I am a friendly, easy-going person and am very open to new things. I am curious about the world and want to experience as much of it as possible while here.
I just graduated college and am currently doing a program called Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest (JVC) in Seattle, WA (similar to Americorps). Through the program, I am working at a nonprofit for a (very) small monthly stipend. I live in a community with 7 other people, and we try to live intentionally based on the 4 pillars of JVC: community, spirituality, social justice, and simple living.
I love traveling, people, and the outdoors.
PHILOSOPHY
Love everyone and everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When living in Spain I couchsurfed once in Madrid, then hosted a range of travellers in Barcelona. I sometimes went to the CS meet-ups to meet travellers in the cities I was in.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I lived in Barcelona for 7 months in 2009-- I only did a little bit of couch surfing. I stayed at a place in Madrid, and had a few different people come to my place in Barcelona. Through CS I met amazing new friends, had great conversations, and made memories that will last a lifetime
