ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Nicklas and I'm a workoholic. Atleast I think I am. It's hard to differentiate since the only difference between my hobbies and work is that sometimes I get paid, sometimes I don't. I'm very close to my family and love experience and memories. To analyse and explore the essence of life that makes everything so wonderful. But sometimes I just enojoy talking a stroll down the park or gym or having a chat with a nice person.

I currently work as a family therapist for the social care in Kävlinge. I work mostly with tools from third wave CBT but also FFT and NBT. I do not believe that people are bad or broken but sometimes stuck with behavioral schemes that were logic and pragmatic for a specific time but not anymore or in the long run. When people find their values, their unique path, grow the cognitive strenght and gains the tools to follow their path things usually turns out pretty good.

I have previously worked as fysio for a football team and I have my own massagestudio (untill start 2014).

PHILOSOPHY

Is to much to write. I have a though about everything, but I don't push them onto people, I respect people who disagree with me.
