I like to think of it as "the world we'd like to live in" one where everyone looks out for each other, and help people achieve their goals of traveling on a budget, and also learning more about the culture, perspective and meeting new folk, the best part about my recent trip to Europe was the people I met!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the notably most amazing things I have done was a tour from Vancouver to Newfoundland with my brother and a friend in a car we bought for $900. No one thought it would last as long as it did but we made it, lots of meeting new people everyday and making new friends, and lots of sleeping in Walmart carparks waking up early morning before hitting the next town. But on the whole it was an epic trip.

I currently work in the spirits industry as a tour guide, I get to meet people from all around the world and tell them a little bit about some of our fantastic spirits and our culture.

I'm really getting into my home cooking from scratch. Both savoury and sweet treats.

Hours of chatter, Some music from my guitar, a photo opportunity with a bloke in a Kilt. I can do the dishes too!

I have also done a fair bit of pet sitting for two different family's in Scotland. More than happy to watch yours!
