Hello there.
I am just now starting with Couchsurfing even if I new of the site for a while now. I didn´t go around the world and my way of travelling is pretty small framed considering the possibilities. I dont have much experience going on far and wide travels. That doesn´t mean I am inexperienced in meeting people. I believe I will offer my couch here more often than I will need one. I also hope both will be fun.
I want to be able to offer my couch on short term notice, but experience teils me I usually cannot. You can always ask but sometimes the answer is "no". I try to make it work in my head before I answer, even thqt doesnt help out unfortunately.

I consider myself open minded and courious. I play theatre as a hobby. I am nerdy about some subjects. Like Education or Manga. Sometimes into political discussions as well, as long as they are constructive (depends on us, doesn´t it?).
My humour can be quite quirky but usually people around me like it.

Humour is the key and door to happiness and success. Especially success in mental health.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really love the idea of being able to find a place to sleep on a budget.
Sleeping and travelling can be a luxury and that is fine. It shouldn´t be luxury as a basis.

I also like the idea of getting to now a place where I stay. With a person living in the place you get a detour from touristical attractions and a way to learn about the city more closely.

It took me long to take the step of registering mostly because of laziness. But it is easy to implement in my life. If nothing comes around I just support the site which I am fine with.

Interests

I play theatre in my free time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I always get back to the Gorillaz. Otherwise my taste varies between almost any music that is dancable, tells a story or catches me in another way.

I prefer fantasy books. I consider children and Youth stories as a work of art in implying morals if done right. Picture Books can be more telling than a 1000 pages long novel.
I particularly like Terry Pratchetts work.

Movies are awesome. Some I like, some I love. Some I like for being bad. Favourites there can vary on my mood.

Teach, Learn, Share

If somebody is doing something wrong, usually someone is able to do the exact thing but be right. Why is that?

First of all gratefulness.
