Overview
About Me
Positivity, Adventures, Engineering - If I'd need to use 3 words to describe myself, the mentioned ones would be right on target :D
The worst job I had in my life was 1 week working in a boiler factory, inserting screws in boilers - and that's it. All day long, the same motion.
A little part of me died that week.
At that point I figured I ALWAYS need to do something that challenges me, it can be travel to a random country, create an autonomous robot or even loose weight. Also drinking challenges are included :D
This wish for challenges drive me in every aspect of life, one of them is to know the world - and after visiting Shanghai as first non-European country, my wish to meet people living completely different life than the one I'm used to is becoming one my main goals in next few years - and to achieve it I joined CouchSurfing.
For the end, I'd like to share also my motto:
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU REALLY WANT IT!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people from all sorts of background! Usually at work/faculty etc. you mainly have contact only with people sharing same background (like engineering). Which is nice, but your view of the world can get narrowed in a second - and to make it wide again, here is Couchsurfing :)
Interests
Everything that is new and interesting, actually ^^ Currently I'm learning Spanish, helping at a floating gramophone project, sports, improvisation classes,
Challenges are like drugs :D
- culture
- traveling
- socializing
- engineering
- hitchhiking
- adventure
- work hard party harder
Music, Movies, and Books
Music - everything, from rock'n'roll, metal, country to dance, hardstyle, dubstep - or something to make a good vibe like reggae - really everything :D
Movies - not much time, rather TV series. And I'm losing time for them too lately :(
Books - I'm not really big fan of books. The only books I read lately (and which I'm really addicted to - I always finish a book in 1-2 days) are Dan Brown books
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Made a month long trip of couchsurfing and hitchhiking in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Poland - more than 4000km hitchhiked and 100+ people met. So many stories happened it was just incredible!
Teach, Learn, Share
Be open to other cultures, your nation is not the only one on this world
Always remember you definitely don't know everything!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fun! This is what I have a lot of :D
Awesome stories. I traveled and drank a lot. And I still do ^^
Honesty. Sometimes too much.
Few more and I'd start to feel that I'm selling myself, all that is missing is "If you call in next 30 minutes you also get - FREE LASAGNA!"
