About Me

CURRENT MISSION

In the summer of 2011, I will be traveling across the United States, and I am looking for fun, interesting and kind people to host me throughout my travels.

ABOUT ME

Finishing my last year of university studies, I have found myself lost in a world full of knowledge, love, and possibilities. Without a clear occupational direction, my current goal is to travel as much as I can within my means, meet as many interesting people as possible, and learn as much as I can about this incredible and unstable world that we all share.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This upcoming summer, I plan on taking a road trip across America. In my travels, I hope to get a more personal experience by taking advantage of the Couch Surfing community. Through CS, I will be able to get a more real sense of the communities I plan on visiting by spending time, exchanging thoughts and learning with people who are kind enough to allow me to stay with them. If you can, help a young kid on his journey through this crazy and beautiful country!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books- "Guns, Germs and Steel", "Don't be Afraid, Gringo", "On The Road", "The Secret History of an American Empire", "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man", "Black Elk Speaks", "Our Inner Ape", "The Cult of Pharmacology", "Mad in America"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In May of 2010, I participated in a 10 day service internship in Nicaragua. I was able to participate in cultural exchange, work on sustainability projects, and meet some of the bravest people I have ever met. Being able to live with people who live in dramatically different circumstances than my own completely changed my outlook and direction in life.
