About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To reach my full potential in Orienteering

ABOUT ME

They would say that I am a very hard worker and very dedicated to my goals. Also that I am fun to be around. They might also mention that I don't drink alcohol but that with me it's not necessary to drink to have a good time.

PHILOSOPHY

From a prayer flag my brother gave me, "To live the dream, many people only sleep through".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to participate in anyway I can. Whether that's hosting, being a good guest, or showing someone around town. I love to help out and I love to meet people. I also very much enjoy learning about the place I'm traveling through. I've found I can't do that to the same degree in a hotel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in Morocco, Ireland, France and Spain. Great experiences in each country.

Interests

I love to orienteer and learn languages. They are my main reasons for traveling. I spend most of my free time running, orienteering, or trying to improve my languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 11 I went on an 8 day rafting trip down the Grand Canyon. This was my first real taste of adventure. I've been becoming a braver and braver traveller as I age.

While in Morocco I couchsurfed with a friend in a small town on the border of the Atlas mountains. We made a tagine with the family. They didn't speak Spanish, French, or English and we didn't speak Dareeja or Berber. It didn't matter. We sang songs and got along great.
