About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Made myself free to travel and explore a bit, seeking new friends and places.

ABOUT ME

I'm a dynamic person and tend toward loud talk and laughter although I certainly have my quiet solitary side. I love meeting new people and exploring new places because I think we all have so much in common and yet live such different lives. I'm fairly unconventional but not in any predetermined fashion, just have a tendency to go where my heart takes me.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel life is about people and experiences not things. So I try to live along those lines with the understanding that a lot of "stuff" has come through my life but on my deathbed I'll remember the souls I touched and people who have connected with me even if for a brief time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I joined, donated a few bucks, and even met a few fellow Couchsurfers so I'm working on participating more. It's a process ya know?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No couches surfed yet (at least officially on this site) but came highly recommended by friends so looking forward to my future travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all sorts of movies but lean towards epic films, period pieces, and foreign flicks. Music is all over the charts depending on mood but still can't seem to appreciate country. Books are good, I tend to read what's around and love libraries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure how amazing it is to some but I left NY to move across the country when I was 19 without knowing a soul and it certainly changed my life in many ways. Along the way I've witnessed a number of beautiful things and met some incredible people but I haven't seen anyone part the sea or turn water into wine if that's what you're asking!

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Costa Rica, France, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Monaco, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
