About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be Here Now

ABOUT ME

I am a happy, adventurous, energetic lover of life who tries to live in the moment while planning for the future.

I have an insatiable curiosity for things large and small.

I like to make strangers smile.

I am really good at acting way older and way younger than I am.

PHILOSOPHY

"Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground." - Rumi

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently living in Seattle and have not had any couch surfers yet, but have loved hosting travelers in my home in Fort Collins last year and would like to continue to host and surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

1+ years

Interests

I spend my time:

Learning
Cooking/eating/dreaming of food
Practicing yoga both on and off the mat
Gardening
Reading
Trying to understand the world
Backpacking
Absorbing new ideas and energy

I am passionate about education. The future of the world depends our youth. I am an educational/school psychologist. I want to empower students to participate in their own lives and education in a meaningful way so that they can shape their own worlds.

I constantly find myself thinking/talking about how the mind works, evolution, education, current events and the state of the world and food.
