I'm Gregory, and I love to meet new people and share stories over some coffee. One of my biggest hobbies is inline skating, also know as "rollerblading". So, there is a chance that I may be bringing my skates to your home. :)

I used to play the guitar and sing. This was just a hobby, so please son't expect me to sing you songs all night. Ha ha. I have been living in Kyiv, Ukraine for the past few years. I would like to see more of Europe and meet more people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I sometimes will hop a ride, train, bus, or plane and just go somewhere. I would like to change this up a bit and expand my social horizon. I'm always talking to new people where I live. It's time to go beyond and make more connections.

I once flew to Ukraine by myself. Why? My life was just boring. Three years have passed, and I'm still here.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been learning the Russian language for three years. However, I have not been very consistent in my studies. This is very evident when I struggle with the locals when trying to communicate. I also teach English. Mostly to online students currently. I had been teaching at some local schools here in Kyiv previous to that.

Perhaps you want to practice some American English. I can show you how to inline skate, and possibly put you on my Youtube channel. It is quite a small channel. It merely started out as a hobby. I skate around Europe and make very amatuer-like edits with music.
